SALES

  • Processing time is between 5-7 business days for beaded items and 10-15 business days for tie dye apparel (M - F not including holidays or weekends) for your item(s) to be shipped.
  • All orders placed must be paid in full before orders are started.  
  • We do NOT price match.
  • You the buyer are responsible for ordering the correct amount of items as well as the correct type, size, and color.  We will not be responsible if you order the wrong color, size or item type.
  • Clothing color may have a slightly different color then pictured due to lighting.
  • Clothing photo/design may be slightly different as each item is handmade. Each item will vary slightly.
  • Please refer to our size chart for ANY and ALL sizing concerns.
  • I do offer quantity discounts.  Message me for specific pricing and details.

REFUNDS

Once and item has been "purchased" NO REFUNDS or CANCELLATIONS will be issued even if the item(s) have not been shipped.  At Az SunKissed Designs LLC each item is handmade and made to order so the process begins as soon as your purchase is made.  If there is a defect with your item please let me know. *Defective or incorrect items must be reported to azskdesigns@gmail.com with photos and claimed defective within 24 hours of receiving (marked delivered) or defect becomes considered wear & tear and wrong item delivered becomes yours to keep. Defective items will need to be returned to AZSKD before a replacement will be sent.

SHIPPING

  • Check and double check your address.  If package is sent back it'll be at buyer expense to re-ship.  If package is delivered to wrong house, it is buyers responsibility to track down package.
  • If you have NOT received a tracking number after 5 business days, please check your junk/spam then email us to inquire about your order. If you have any questions, please contact azskdesigns@gmai.com. Please include your full name and order number for faster service. 
  • Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handed through the U.S. Postal Service, as the order is now in their possession. You can contact the U.S. Postal Service at usps.com,or (800)275-8777.
  • Az SunKissed Designs LLC is not responsible for packages once they have been shipped.
  • Lost/Stolen Packages: Az SunKissed Designs LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will need to contact your post office, as that is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to correct a delivery issue. Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and misdeliveries MUST be handled through the U.S. Postal Service.
  • If you live in apartment building please check with your management office.  Check with your neighbor if you have not received your package.  If damaged after delivered, buyer is responsible.  For other issues please contact your local post office.
  • We offer shipping to domestic addresses within the United States with USPS First Class Mail.  We do not currently offer International shipping.
